WeatherFleks uses now cairngorm

The project reached now a certain level of complexity, so I introduced cairngorm to the project. I thought its a big deal to change the architecture but (compare to several JavaFrameworks) it was incredible easy. Cairngorm has only a few classes and Interfaces and it makes really sense to use it. The most advantage (thats my opinion) brings the ModelLocatorPattern.
